The Harvest Moon Consortium

I scripted the bugbear quest. It is tenatively finished. It will need testing in all its aspects before We can declare it finished. Hopefully I have avoided any scripting bugs. The scripting for this quest was not too complex however interweaving it between various conditionals within other scripts was a little complex so I'm crossing my fingers and hopeing someone will try it soon. I myself will here this weekend.

I woke up this morning and while taking a shower remembered that I forgot to unlock and open the jail cell after the pc agrees to the chief's terms. I'll fix that as soon as I get home and before putting up the server.
