CODI Sigil released
CODIs Sigil tilesets, previously only released for Adam Millers Demon module, has been released on the vault. Any signs of them being included in the CTP, given that CODI usually has excellent content standards?

Tehcnically, we are on 'feature' lock down or tileset lock-down Primo.
But those are some nice looking shots for those sets.
Do you have anyone on their team that I can contact to discuss this with?
No promises or anything, but since CTP is now going to release in stages, it "may" be possible to add a set or two at the "end" of the project.

A few things.
1. CODI talks to nobody, about anything. For all intents and purposes, they are dead. Pushing up the daisies, gone and joined the choir invisible.
2. The set has at least one major texture bug. At least one of the "blocks" of houses is showing up as half-white.
3. The set is very sparse in features, only having enough for what little purpose Foundations used it for, and nothing beyond that. It has no large-scale uses.

I had a look at this set myself. I see missing textures from the default buildings around the area edges, the side textures are missing.
The set IS lovely, sort of Medievil style. As for what it has in it, as Drad says, very little. NO groups and only let me see 4 or so building features maybe. A castle is one of those features, but nothing I think that we have not seen in a CTP shot (could be wrong, one castle looks much like another after a while
) There is also Minaret its REALLY tall and in game I could not even see the top of it from the ground. It is poss to go to the top, and yes you can get a good view of the city from up there. I also found this set to be a tad laggy, but I still like it!
All in all, this set could make a very nice SMALL town, and even saying that, it would definatly need some added content, and considering the style of this set, that in of itself will be no easy task.
A shame that CODI is dead, if indeed it really is. You never can tell with bees (Winnie The Pooh)

Well, if the set is that empty then it probably isn't worth looking at. I will double check it though to be sure.
Sometimes, tiles won't show up in toolset simply because they were not properly added to teh .set and .itp files.
Not saying that is the case here though.
From what I can see of the exterior set, they started working on terrain tiles first and there was quite a bit done with that. The two actual feature buildings automatically place a 'building' around themselves.
The interior set is a roofed over set, but is also very limited in scope.
Hmmmm, we could always offer to take the poor broken set under our wing if they don't fix-it. Not that my plate is not already OVER FLOWING! fixing tilesets with very little manpower available to CTP bug fixer group.
Just a thought... See what happens as time passes. :_ruminati
Actually Chris, these 'sets' probably don't require much in the way of actual 'fixing' but they require a HUGE amount of creation.
IE, there is very little content in there at all.
What IS there, is very good looking, but these sets are NOT useable in any real sense. Only 3 or 4 total 'feature' tiles, NO groups at all, and only a basic set of terrain type building tiles etc... The interior is so lacking as to be almost worthless, if it were not for the fact that it IS a roofed over cavern system.
So, I doubt that these sets will get touched by the CTP team. Unless maybe we can extract what is in them and add that content as 'expansions' to existing sets. Kinda doubt that they would combine well though, the exterior MIGHT combine with our marsh set, since it is basically a very MUDDY town.
